PRICING

All pricing includes a single deboss or a foil stamp. Taxes and shipping charges are extra. Due to changes in material costs, prices are subject to change without notice.

ORDERING

All purchase orders must be received in writing.

When ordering please include the following information:

• Your company name, order number, address, phone and fax numbers
• Item number, description, quantity and price of the product
• Decoration information (debossing/hot stamping/no imprint)
• Camera ready artwork
• Size and location of the logo on the product
• Anticipated shipping date
• Method of shipping, ship to address and account #

Telephone orders accepted with written confirmation to follow.

We assume that placing the order with ASHLIN BPG MARKETING, customer agrees to terms and conditions stated in Work Order and General Information.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

Work Order Acknowledgement - ASHLIN BPG MARKETING will issue an acknowledgement for each order within 48 hours via fax/e-mail with pricing and delivery date.

Paper Proof Acknowledgement - ASHLIN BPG MARKETING will issue an acknowledgement for each order within 48 hours via fax/e-mail with a proof of imprint location and size.

First paper proof acknowledgement is free of charge. For the second and subsequent ones there is a charge of $20.00 (g)/each.

It is imperative that the distributor reviews the acknowledgement for delivery information, pricing and quantity ordered, etc. It is the responsibility of the distributor to ensure accuracy in these areas otherwise future changes will be billed accordingly and may result in delays. Every acknowledgement MUST be signed and returned to us within 48 hours before we start processing your order otherwise production delays may occur.

ARTWORK

Complete artwork is the most important part of your order necessary to ensure the accurate, high quality and quick production of your order.

For your convenience ASHLIN BPG MARKETING will accept artwork in any form, however, electronic art is the best method to ensure speedy and accurate production.

We are able to receive the artwork by:

E-mail - ashlin@ashlinbpg.com- emails received without identification will be returned to sender delaying production.
• Mail (hard copy)/disk/CD.

The artwork must be in vector format in high resolution - min 600 DPI, at 100% size, with no half-tone screens, PC produced, saved as .ai, .eps, file, in approximately 150K in size.

All fonts must be converted to outlines (lines and curves). Artwork which requires additional touch-up, clean-up, typesetting, or re-sizing, will incur extra charges.

There is a flat charge of $60.00 net for one time change done to the artwork. The turnaround time to have the artwork redrawn is 24 - 48 hours.

DEBOSSING DIE AND SET-UP CHARGES

Regular order takes 4-5 working days to make a die.
A charge of $150.00 (A) for debossing/hot stamping / screen printing – up to 4 square inches die applies.
For larger size, an additional pro-rated charge applies of $20.00 (A) per square inch.
Dies can be made within 48 hours for rush orders, additional charges apply.
Additional set-up charge of $70.00 (A) will apply if more than one type of product will be decorated at the same time using the same P.O. number.

DIES STORAGE
To prevent degradation, we discard all magnesium dies 2 years following their last use. Reorders placed after this time will incur new die charges.

IMPRINTING PROCESS

DEBOSS
Most products are blind debossed. Some products can be foil stamped. Some logos imprint better than others.

FIRST IMPRINT LOCATION

NO CHARGE. First blind imprint (debossing) is included in the price.

SECOND IMPRINT LOCATION

Die charge of $150.00 (A) applies for the next die. Additional running charges apply as below. (Only for ASHLIN BPG MARKETING products)

REPEAT ORDERS

When placing a repeat order please include previous purchase order or invoice # for easy reference. Repeat orders may vary slightly in leather colour and texture however ASHLIN BPG MARKETING will do its best to ensure that the new lot of products will match as close as possible.

SELF – PROMO

End quantity pricing (EQP) is offered on self-promotion orders.
The orders MUST be decorated with the distributor’s logo. Die charge applies.

NON-DECORATED PRODUCTS

For non-decorated products, no minimums apply.
Pricing for non-decorated products is approximately first column pricing less 10%.

CUSTOM ORDERS

For all custom orders, we require a 50% deposit from established accounts and 100% deposit from new accounts upon confirmation of order.

SAMPLE POLICY

Samples are sent on written request.
Pricing for non-decorated products is approximately first column pricing less 10% and can be returned for credit within 30 days. They must be received in good condition to receive a full credit.
Sample request should contain the customer’s freight account number of the designated carrier.

If none is specified, courier’s choice is at our discretion. Freight both ways is the responsibility of the distributor. All samples are for exclusive use by the distributors and their sales staff and not for resale.

SAMPLE KITS

From time to time ASHLIN BPG MARKETING comes with new and improved sample kits, with the best sellers to help distributors.

PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS

A type written alphabetical list must be supplied.

MINIMUM QUANTITY

We do not have a below minimum quantity service charge.

INVENTORY DELAYS

ASHLIN BPG MARKETING will do its utmost to ship orders as per shipping date specified in the Order Acknowledgement, however, re-stocking problems are unavoidable. Due to circumstances beyond our control, we cannot be liable for shipping delays and/or Canada customs delays.

PACKAGING

Most small leather good products ( ie. Wallets, business card holders ) are gift boxed. If the product, as per description, is not gift boxed we can provide gift boxes for an additional charge. Boxes can be personalized.

INSERTIONS

ASHLIN BPG MARKETING will insert items supplied by you at a charge of $0.50 (A) per item.

OVER/UNDER RUNS

Every effort is made to ship exact quantities ordered, but ASHLIN BPG MARKETING reserves the right to over-ship and under-ship by +/- 2-5% and bill accordingly.

LEAD TIMES

• Standard BLANK orders - orders for in-stock products without imprint can be shipped in 2 days from receipt of purchase order.

• IMPRINTED ORDERS : for imprinted products, delivery is between 7 days to 4.5 weeks from receipt of order, artwork, signed work order acknowledgement and paper proof.

• RUSH IMPRINTED ORDERS for STOCK ITEMS : rush charge of $150.00 (A) applies if the order is required in less than 7 working days for in stock products.

PRE-PRODUCTION SAMPLES

Product sample proofs of imprinted items are available for a DIE set-up charge of $150.00 (A) in addition to the unit cost of the product.
Leather swatch samples are available at $30.00 (A).
Freight charge applies in all cases.

QUOTATIONS

For quantities not listed in our price list please fax or e-mail for quotation. All quotations will be provided in writing. For ease of reference, please include your quotation with your order.

PRICING

All prices shown are F.O.B. Mississauga, ON. Due to changes in material costs, prices are subject to change without notice.

TERMS

Terms are Net - 30 day basis from date of shipment ONLY on approved accounts. Deposit may be required for custom imprinted items.
A finance charge of 2% per month will be added to past due accounts.
All NSF cheques are subject to a $50.00 (A) charge.
A 100% pre-payment by VISA or certified cheque is required for all new customers.
All Credit card payments are accepted to a maximum of $2500.00 for a single order. Charges may be applicable over this amount.
A deposit of 50% is required for all custom made products from established accounts and 100% from new accounts.

EXPORT FRIENDLY

Most leather goods, do not require any quota to send to the US or any other country – however applicable duties and taxes of appropriate countries apply.

RETURNS

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. In the event that you need to return any item, please:

  • All returns must be done within 7 days of receipt of merchandise
  • Obtain a RA# ( Return Authorization # ) by calling our Customer Service @ 1-888-427-4546
  • All returns must be pre-paid ( collect shipments are no accepted )
  • Credit for goods returned cannot be processed without RA#.
  • Return to the address shown on the invoice.
  • Outgoing/ incoming freight is the responsibility of the customer.
  • All products being returned must be in original new condition with original tags & packaging
  • Non-imprinted goods ordered and then returned (except samples) are subject to a re-stocking fee of 10% of the invoice amount.
  • Samples when returned must be sent back within 30 days of the original invoice. If the samples are sent back after 30 days there is a 10%
    re-stocking charge.
  • When the items are received in good condition at our warehouse ( in Mississauga, ON, Canada ), we will apply credit to your method of payment within 2 weeks and a receipt either faxed or mailed to you
  • NOTE: For Shipments returning from outside of Canada Please prepare the following documentation :
    1. HST CODE : 4205.00.8000 ( leather items - other )
    2. Value : $2.00 per item ( this is a nominal value for importing  requirements )
    3. "DOMESTIC GOODS RETURNING TO CANADA - no-commercial value - damaged samples"

CLAIMS

All products have been carefully packed for shipment. In the event it is received damaged, retain the damaged products, boxes, packaging material and notify us immediately. We are not responsible for goods damaged in transit or 10 days after receipt, but will make every effort to settle the claim with the carrier.
All claims must be in writing within 10 days of shipping. ASHLIN BPG MARKETING is not responsible for any goods or freight claims shipped under the customers freight account.

DISCLAIMER

Leather is a natural handcrafted product. Sometimes normal changes are made to enhance the product. Colour and feel varies from lot to lot. ASHLIN BPG MARKETING will not be responsible for normal variance of leather as leather is a natural product.
Since our leathers are made from different DYE lots, we can not be responsible for colour matching between production batches from different orders.

CANCELLATIONS

All orders are considered firm and cannot be cancelled unless written authorization is received from ASHLIN BPG MARKETING. All costs incurred up to cancellation date and 5% (min. $50.00) of the order cancellation fee apply.

PRODUCT SPECIFICATION

In our ever continuing effort to improve our products, we reserve the right to change specifications without notice.

SHIPPING

Most of our shipments are sent by ground CANPAR, unless otherwise specified. We assume no responsibility for carrier delays. Drop shipment labels must be provided. Drop shipment charge of $10.00 (A) applies for each location per package.

LIABILITY

All orders are subject to approval by ASHLIN BPG MARKETING.

PROPS

Pens and other props like calculators, palm pilots shown are used only as props and do not come with ASHLIN BPG MARKETING products, unless specified in product description. Non-imprinted writing pads and refill inserts are available separately and are included in most products.

TRADE MARKS

ASHLIN BPG MARKETING assumes that clients are authorized to use trademarks presented to us for reproduction. We assume no liability in the trademark or copyright disputes. By submitting order and artwork to ASHLIN BPG MARKETING, distributor represents that the use or display of artwork will not violate any applicable laws or client restrictions and hereby agrees to defend and hold ASHLIN BPG MARKETING harmless from all claims.
Copy and logos illustrated are used to demonstrate imprinting capabilities only, and do not constitute product endorsement by any company.

COPYRIGHT

Use of any ASHLIN BPG MARKETING literature, photographs and product samples – for other than the promotion and sale of ASHLIN BPG MARKETING products – is not permitted without ASHLIN BPG MARKETING ’s prior permission.
All prices, specifications and terms of sale are subject to change without prior notice.
All orders are subject to review of payment, terms and credit approval by ASHLIN BPG MARKETING and are not binding until accepted by us.
We reserve the right to refuse any order at any time. All orders are subject to availability of products, and ASHLIN BPG MARKETING shall not be liable for inability to ship any orders due to material shortages.
Although every effort is made to hold printed prices for a calendar year, events in domestic and world economies may force prices to change.
